the location is incredibly convenient, close to the train station and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the amazing public bath and the attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, with both Western and Japanese options. Plus, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and a shuttle service to the nearby station.

The lack of English proficiency among the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The size of the room was great and it had a private bathroom, which was a relief. the Japanese bed was quite comfortable and offered a different experience to traditional Western beds. the towels were also really soft and fluffy, adding a touch of luxury.

The location was not very convenient and there were not many restaurant or food options nearby. the noise from outside was constant and the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep.

My stay at this hotel was great! The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a spacious and clean room with a traditional sento, which was a big plus. The location was also very convenient, close to public transportation and in the centre of the city. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
